Arla has again increased the milk price for July and more generously than in the previous months.
With the increase in July, Arla is in the lead Milk price comparator for the Netherlands and Belgium, take a look at FrieslandCampina, which announced at the beginning of this week that it would increase by €0,25. However, the backlog is still considerable. Other processors have yet to announce the payment price for July.
In an explanation, Arla reports that the dairy market is currently supported by stable to slightly lower global milk production. Retail sales are also picking up. The dairy cooperative foresees a stable market in the coming months.
