FrieslandCampina is again boosting its milk price
FrieslandCampina is again increasing the milk price for August. Both the conventional and the organic guaranteed price will be increased. The most common. €1,25 per 100 kilos is added. In Belgium there is also an additional €1,25.

With this increase, the guaranteed price for August is €49,25 per 100 kilos, while the organic guaranteed price is €58,00 per 100 kilos.
According to FrieslandCampina, the increase in the current guaranteed price is based on recently increased reference prices and the expectation that these will rise further.
The average guaranteed price for raw milk in 2024 up to and including August is €47,03 per 100 kilos of milk with the latest increase.
The increase in the organic guaranteed price is explained by the same causes as those of the current guaranteed price.

According to the Boerenbusiness milk price comparator FrieslandCampina's current milk price without surcharges for an annual supply of 1 million kilos amounts to €48,41. A maximum of €54,71 can be made. This is at maximum allowances.

The organic milk price for 1 million kilos is €58,93 per 100 kilos Belgian milk price, for suppliers, amounts to €1,3 at 48,07 million liters. This applies not only to a different volume in liters, but also to other Belgian contents.
