DOC Kaas again pays additional payment for 2024
DOC Kaas has determined and announced the largest part of the back payment for 2024. The cooperative confirmed this after messages from members. This concerns the back payment for the period from January to November. There was no back payment last year.

Over the first eleven months, DOC will pay a back payment of €1,08 per 100 kilos of milk. This amount may still increase due to results achieved in December. DOC Kaas has not yet announced an advance milk price for December.
The additional payment is a nice boost for the members of the Drents-Overijsselse Coöperatie. In 2023, no back payment paid out. This year, both the regular milk price and the final result are clearly higher.

Conculega FrieslandCampina confirmed at the members' council meeting held on Wednesday that there will indeed be a back payment for 2024, but did not provide any further concrete details about this. The members' council did agree to an extension of the term of office for chairman Sybren Attema. CFO Hans Janssen has also signed up for a new term, it was announced.
