Milk price in Vreugdenhil falls, but less sharply
Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods has lowered the milk price for January, but at the same time takes the lead in the Milk Price Comparison Boerenbusiness again shared back. Vreugdenhil also comes out well with the new top milk flow Tomorrow's Dairy.

Vreugdenhil is reducing the basic milk price by €0,90, bringing it to €55,73 per 100 kilos this month. In the Milk price comparator van Boerenbusiness Vreugdenhil is thus in equal lead with Lactalis Leerdammer who lowered the milk price somewhat more. With the exception of Arla, the other processors who have published to date also lowered more than €1. The milk price is calculated on the basis of an annual delivery of 1 million kilos and the standard Dutch fat and protein contents.
Including the maximum premium (€6,80 per 100 kilos) that is linked to Tomorrow's Dairy, pasture and sustainability, the milk price this month will increase to a maximum of €62,53 per 100 kilos. Only A-ware pays out a little more with the milk price that is linked to the Better for Nature & Farmer program.
Belgium
The milk price for suppliers in Belgium falls by €0,87 to €54,35 per 100 kilos. In the Belgian Milk Price Comparator Vreugdenhil will therefore have to tolerate FrieslandCampina for the time being this month.
