Price of A-ware lower in March, but still in the lead for now
A-ware lowers the milk price for March, but nevertheless remains the (provisional) highest for the new month. The basic price remains well above €53 per 100 kilos. The organic milk price and the Belgian milk price also continue to decrease.

The current milk price for March in the Netherlands will decrease by a total of €1,15 to €53,27 per 100 kilos, as shown by the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparatorThe pasture milk price will increase to €54,51, while the maximum milk price will increase to €60,01 per 100 kilos.
The weighted average milk price of A-ware, the WP, will increase to €57,29 per 100 kilos.
The organic milk price will also drop by €1,15 per 100 kilos, to €64,20 per 100 kilos. The processor Arla will have to let this one pass.
In Belgium, the milk price for March is reduced by €1,03 per 100 kilos to €51,72 per 100 kilos, which means that the company has achieved the highest basic milk price in Belgium to date for March.
