If the merger between FrieslandCampina and Milcobel becomes a fact at the end of this year, FrieslandCampina will gain hundreds of member companies, but even before the merger, members were added in Belgium. In 2024, this was 26, according to the cooperative annual report.

Many FrieslandCampina members still own a considerable amount of member bonds. Last year, €877 million. Since 1 June 2024, part of this can be converted and sold, but much has not happened yet. In addition, around €750 million is tied up in delivery certificates. No interest was received on this. On the bonds, a total of €64 million.
