Hochwald keeps milk price the same, but premiums higher
Hochwald Foods in Bolsward keeps the basic milk price for April the same as for March. This means it remains one of the top payers, except in the highest segment. The allowance package has been adjusted retroactively from 1 January.

The basic price for April remains stable at €54,97 per 100 kilos. On top of that, there are surcharges for sustainability, grazing and since March (and retroactively) for CO2. The maximum grazing surcharge also drops to €1,50. The maximum CO2 premium is also €1,50. The maximum milk price at 1 million kilos therefore comes to €58,97 per 100 kilos of milk.
In total, up to €4 in premiums can be received on top of the basic price. Net, there is - compared to the old situation - up to €1,30 added to the maximum milk price.
