Milk prices at Vreugdenhil and Cono are picking up
Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods has increased the milk price for May after two months of stability. Both the regular milk price in the Netherlands and Belgium are getting a boost as well as the organic milk price in the Netherlands. Cono has also increased the milk price for April.

The last milk price is increased the most and rises by €1,57 per 100 kilos to €66,69 per 100 kilos excluding VAT. According to the organic milk price comparator van Boerenbusiness the second highest organic milk price for May.
The current milk price for the Netherlands will increase by €1,07 per 100 kilos to €54,34 per 100 kilos. The maximum milk price will increase by the same amount and will amount to €61,14 per 100 kilos, the second highest milk price so far for May. In Belgium the current milk price for May will be increased by €1,03 to €52,97 per 100 kilos.
Cone
Cono Kaasmakers has increased the milk price for April by €1,08 per 100 kilos to a base of €54,23 per 100 kilos. This puts the company in the middle position for that month. The maximum milk price for April is €60,23 per 100 kilos. This is not the highest for that month, but it is an above-average maximum milk price.
