DOC Cheese only holds back on milk price in May
DOC Kaas keeps the milk price for May the same as for April. With that, the company can no longer maintain the leading position it had when it came to the maximum milk price.

DOC Kaas nevertheless continues to pay a relatively high milk price. With a maximum of €62,17 per 100 kilos (for an annual supply of 1 million kilos, excluding VAT), it still beats intended merger partner Arla by several euros per 100 kilos. FrieslandCampina also cannot match the Tuurlijk milk price.
The basic milk price of €55,17 per 100 kilos is more of an average price in the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator.
Parent company DMK keeps the milk price stable for May at €54,32 per 100 kilos. This is the DMK Leistungspreis, for an annual supply of 1,4 million kilos of milk with 4,1% fat and 3,5% protein. The milk price including the supplement for Haltungsstufe 3 (Cow benefit table at DOC) is €56,32 per 100 kilos.
