A-ware announces some changes within the top of the company: effective July 1, 2025, Jan Anker and Antonio Rodriguez will jointly assume the role of CEO. The transfer of tasks from COO Klaas de Jong, who will retire on January 1, 2027, is also being considered.
Until his retirement, De Jong will continue to focus fully on his familiar role towards dairy farmers, an important link in the A-ware chain. Rodriguez's shift to the CEO role will free up the position of CFO. As of July 1, 2025, it will be filled by Floris Gunther, currently Director Finance & Accounting.
With these adjustments, A-ware says it is responding to the future growth and professionalization of the company.
