Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods is increasing milk prices for the month of June, although it is slightly less than the previous month. The regular milk price in the Netherlands and Belgium will increase by 26 cents, the organic milk price in the Netherlands by almost 80 cents per 100 kilos.
With the increase, the basic price for regular milk in the Netherlands comes to 554,60 per 100 kilos, and in Belgium to €53,23 per 100 litres. This means that Vreugdenhil continues to pay slightly higher than Milcobel in Belgium, while in the Netherlands it pays slightly below average. The maximum milk price in the Netherlands (for Tomorrow's Dairy) is nevertheless the second highest in the Netherlands, as can also be seen in the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator.

The organic milk price of Vreugdenhil applies to only a small number of livestock farmers, but it comes just behind the high payment price of Arla and Eko-Holland. The other processors have to let Vreugdenhil go first.
