DOC Cheese again does not touch the milk price

The base price therefore remains at €55,17 per 100 kilos. Including the maximum bonuses linked to the milk flow, the payout price will increase to €62,17 per 100 kilos, which puts DOC Cheese in the Dutch Milk price calculator ranks second among the top streams.
The fact is that DOC Kaas' milk price is well ahead of its upcoming merger partner, Arla, which has also opted for a stable price in recent months. However, it's important to remember that Arla typically makes generous back payments.
The stable change was expected, given the weak market situation this summer. The underlying condition of the European dairy market is solid.
