Vreugdenhil is back on track with milk prices

For the third consecutive month, Vreugdenhil has maintained its base price at €54,60 per 100 kilos. This keeps the powder producer in the top tier of the Milk Price Comparison tool, although the gap is narrowing slightly. The difference with leaders FrieslandCampina and A-ware is now less than €1 per 100 kilos. Vreugdenhil had a top-three milk price in 2024, but was unable to maintain that level in the first half of this year.
Including the maximum premium (€6,80 per 100 kilos) linked to Tomorrow's Dairy, grazing, and sustainability, the milk price this month will rise to a maximum of €62,53 per 100 kilos. Only A-ware pays out slightly more with the milk price linked to the Better for Nature & Farmer program.
Organic and Belgium
The milk price for suppliers in Belgium remains stable and amounts to €53,23 per 100 kilos this month. In the Belgian Milk Price Comparator This puts Vreugdenhil in third place for the time being. Organic suppliers from Vreugdenhil can expect a milk price of €67,56 per 100 kilos in July, which is the same as last month.
