DOC Cheese moves to top three in August with stable prices
With a stable August price, DOC Cheese enters the top three of the highest-paying dairy companies in the Netherlands. The Hoogeveen cheese cooperative's base price is just a few cents behind the two leaders: FrieslandCampina and A-ware.

This means DOC Kaas continues to outperform its intended merger partner/acquirer, Arla. Arla has kept its milk price stable for the ninth consecutive month, but is lagging behind in terms of base milk price. DOC Kaas has now kept its milk price stable for the fifth consecutive month, but at a level that is €1,82 per 100 kilos higher, as also shown by the Boerenbusiness current milk price comparator.
Maximum milk price
In terms of maximum milk price, DOC Kaas performs even better than with the basic milk price. Participants in the Tuurlijk milk flow can receive up to €62,17 per 100 kilos (based on an annual supply of 1 million kilos, excluding VAT). That's only 24 cents per 100 kilos less than the leader A-ware pays.
