Müller UK, the British dairy subsidiary of Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller (UTM), posted another positive result last year. This was primarily due to the divestment of the Moreno Group, which specializes in dairy delivery.
Müller UK did lose some revenue as a result, and this is reflected in the figures. Revenue in 2023, converted (and adjusted for exchange rate), amounted to €2.116 million, while in 2024 it was €2.037 million.
However, net profit swung from a negative €56,8 million to a positive €28,4 million, according to filed figures. This result was attributable to both the Müller Yoghurt & Drinks and Müller Milk & Ingredients business units. The former benefited primarily from the successful introduction of a range of high-protein products.
According to the annual report, UTM's annual revenue for 2024 as a whole reached almost €9,5 billion, compared to almost €9,2 billion in 2023. Total profit, however, fell from €156 million to €46 million.
