This is evident from announcements from both companies. Cono is lowering the (advance) milk price for December by €2,20 compared to November. This brings the Cono price in the Boerenbusiness Dutch Milk price calculator This amounts to €47,16 per 100 kilos, while the basic milk price (excluding supplements for pasture grazing, Vlog, and Caring Dairy) is €42,89 per 100 kilos. This means Cono has once again achieved the highest basic price and top milk price for the month.
Lactalis Leerdammer
Lactalis Leerdammer is lowering its milk price for January by €3,92 per 100 kilos, bringing the base price to €38,85 per 100 kilos. The maximum milk price will then be €42,05 per 100 kilos.
These prices apply to annual deliveries of 1 million kilos. Farmers with monthly deliveries exceeding 100.000 kilos receive an additional 80 cents per 100 kilos. Loyal suppliers who stay for a full year also earn a 50 cent appreciation bonus.
With these extras, Lactalis Leerdammer has reportedly gained a number of larger suppliers again this year.
