DOC Cheese prevents further reduction in milk price
DOC Kaas and its parent company, DMK, are keeping members out of the cold regarding milk payments. The advance price for February is being kept the same, while competition continues to lower prices. A small bonus has even been added to the milk payment.

There is a small supplementary payment of €0,063 per 100 kilos to be distributed over the 2025 milk price. It is unclear whether this will remain the case, or whether an additional payment will be added with the presentation of the 2025 annual figures.
Just as in January, a base price of €38,41 per 100 kilos and a maximum price of €45,41 per 100 kilos will be paid for the current month. This last price is for participants in the Tuurlijk concept for Jumbo's private label cheese.
