Mesdag Fund: 'WUR is playing a game'

6 July 2018 - Wouter Baan - 5 comments

The fact that Wageningen University (WUR) would still have the raw ammonia data is based on a misunderstanding. This is apparent from an inquiry from agriculture minister Carola Schouten. According to Jan Cees Vogelaar, chairman of the Mesdag Fund, WUR is playing a childish game.

In mid-June it became public that the 'disappeared' data from the ammonia tests between 1997 and 2011 (WUR) had not disappeared after all. In a letter to the House of Representatives requested the Mesdagfonds Schouten Foundation to request the WUR to make the data available immediately.

Schouten's inquiry shows that WUR only has the processed data and not the requested raw data, she wrote in a statement. Letter to Parliament† It states that WUR has also notified the Mesdag Fund of this by letter. The WUR also says that the resulting picture is based on a misunderstanding.

Childish behavior
Jan Cees Vogelaar accuses WUR of 'childish behaviour' by turning it into a game. "We want to have all available ammonia data, regardless of whether it has been processed or not," says Vogelaar. According to Vogelaar, WUR knows exactly which data this concerns.

In the meantime, the Mesdag Fund has requested WUR to provide all data within 1 week. This request was submitted on July 6. Vogelaar does not yet know what actions the Mesdag Fund is considering if WUR does not provide the information. "I don't rule out going to court."

The WUR is far too much related to red-haired politics. Just like the WODC with investigations by the judiciary, it is not objective and is controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture and all institutions subsidized with tax money, such as Milieudefensie, Wakker Dier, Natuurmonumenten, etc.
The WUR shouts something and it goes out into the world as truth.... Then you just can't go back and you just say that you can't find your receipts anymore!

Of course the WUR is related to red politics. Left-wing politics is based on science. Right-wing politics for stupidity and self-interest. So universities are obviously part of the left-wing church, and a good thing! Otherwise, even in Europe people like Trump, Duterte or Erdogan would be in charge.

Much scientific practice is ideologically driven.
Look at the CO2 fables. Other possible causes of climate change are dismissed by many scientists as irrelevant and as denial of climate change. It is framing by very vocal people (in collaboration with the media and politicians) who determine where resources for research are and are not spent*. And so there are countless examples of 'science' based on an anthropocentric view of the world and man.
*That does not necessarily mean that the business community is not benefiting from this 'left-wing' influence, see the billions that are now being earned from climate-neutral technology. In this way we bump into 'science', because apparently it is trusted.
