Tractor builder John Deere has acquired the Italian sprayer manufacturer Mazzotti. With the deal, Deere believes it will be able to serve more customers in the European market.
The private company mazzotti is known for its innovation, unique knowledge, design and experience in the sprayer industry. The 30-year-old family business in Ravenna retains its name, trademark and commercial agreements.
Deere pledges Mazzotti's full support and commitment to further improve operations in the sprayer business.
