Divided pig prices in EU negative for meat market

The pig market in Europe is positive and irritated at the same time. Because the 'vereinigungspreis' in Germany rose by 3 cents in the past week, other European quotations also rose. The fact that Tönnies and Vion Germany spoils the mood with a hauspreis, however, arouses irritation.

Whether Tönnies and Vion Germany will still be involved this week is still uncertain. According to French slaughterhouses, the bickering in Germany should not continue for too long, because it has a disruptive effect on the meat market. If the pig market does not increase clearly, it is difficult to form a front on the meat market. That's how the thought lives.
