According to the slaughterhouse, meat changes are lagging behind pig prices.

Vion's pig price is somewhat more moderate than the German pig price (the VEZG quotation) and the DCA Benchmark Price - Pigs did; they increased by €0,06 per kilo in the past week. Vion says that the supply is normal, but that the pigs are heavy.
Meat market is increasing to a limited extent
On the meat market, the forepart and by-products in particular are increasing, not at the pace on the pig market. According to the slaughterhouse, this is because pig prices elsewhere in Europe (central and south) are rising more slowly than here in Western Europe.
