The Netherlands becomes the base of DanBred genetics

Klasse Ki and the Danish breeding organization DanBred will take care of the distribution of DanBred genetics from the Netherlands. Not only in the Netherlands, but also in Europe and other parts of the world.  

In April it was already announced that 6 of the 7 Dutch DanBred sub-breeding companies would continue with the breeding program. In the new structure, the sperm delivery of the Danbred genetics by Class Ki is added to this. Together with the British ARL-Genetics, DanBred P/S is the owner (joint venture) of Klasse Ki.

Claus Holmgaard, sales director at DanBred, is pleased with this step. According to him, the sales, marketing and service regarding the sale of DanBred genetics are in good hands. Also because Klasse Ki has the largest bear pool DanBred Breeding Bears in Europe (outside Denmark).

Strong package
Stefan Derks, director at Klasse Ki, will also manage DanBred BV in the new structure, which has already settled in the Netherlands. DanBred claims to deliver the best genetic progress; of €2 per fattening pig per year. This, in combination with our services and marketing, is a very strong package, according to Derks.
