It is still difficult to find a market for piglets. The piglet market is currently very difficult and many piglets remain hanging above the market.
Sales to Germany are particularly difficult now that they are struggling with the African swine fever (ASF), but sales to Spain are also less smooth than normal. This results in increasing weights, but according to reports from the market, there are no extreme bottlenecks yet.
