Chris Deen will definitively stop as CEO at ForFarmers. He gave up his job for the time being last month due to health reasons and is now stopping permanently to focus on his recovery. This is a setback for ForFarmers.
Deen had only been active since July, but is now forced to drop out again. ForFarmers indicates that it is looking for a successor and says it regrets leaving, but also respects it. For the time being, CFO Roeland Tjebbes and COO Pieter Wolleswinkel bear the responsibility within the listed animal feed group.
ForFarmers is coming next month with strategy changes. Due to disappointing performances in recent times, the previously announced expansion plans outside Europe were put on hold. Analysts expect that ForFarmers will again focus on its existing home markets in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Poland.
