Marloes Roetgerink will become the new CFO of ForFarmers from 1 June. Roetgerink, 44, was nominated by the supervisory board and comes from FrieslandCampina, where she held a senior financial position for the past ten years. ForFarmers has therefore found a successor for Roeland Tjebbes, who left at the end of last year.
Jan van Nieuwenhuizen, chairman of the supervisory board of ForFarmers, believes that Roetgerink is a good addition to the team of current directors consisting of Pieter Wolleswinkel (CEO) and Rob Kiers (COO). "I am very pleased that we can nominate Marloes Roetgerink, her broad experience in the agrifood sector, in addition to her substantive knowledge, is of great value to ForFarmers and our customers." Roetgerink himself indicates that he is honored and very enthusiastic to start working as CFO at ForFarmers.
Roetgerink's arrival must still be approved during the general meeting of shareholders. This will take place on May 28th.
