It's up to farmers to save tax

24 February 2017 - Redactie Boerenbusiness - 1 reaction

In the course of 2016, the market for dairy farms largely closed. A low milk price followed by the issue of phosphate rights and phosphate reduction were the cause. Something that has consequences for the WOZ valuation and, by extension, various taxes.

Michel Uyen therefore calls on agricultural entrepreneurs to: to object against municipal appraisals. After pig farmers, there are also good opportunities for dairy farmers to lower the WOZ value. For pig farmers, too, there is still a need to keep a close eye on the WOZ. Don't miss this opportunity.
