What moves the land market?

All the legislation coming at dairy farmers sets the land and agricultural real estate market in motion. In a new broadcast of Boerenbusiness Grondzaken explains what changes he observes, broker and appraiser Hans Peters.
Peters discusses, among other things, leasehold, dairy farms that switch to arable farming and the fact that intensive livestock farmers are buying land again. Although that is a bit more difficult for plots that are only suitable for grass cultivation.
