How do you stay away from expensive box 3 as a stopper?

Farmers who terminate their business or transfer it to a successor will have to deal with the tax consequences. After all, quitters are no longer registered as entrepreneurs. This means that their assets are regarded as private. They fall into the much more heavily taxed box 3 instead of box 1. What options are there for stoppers to stay away from that expensive box 3? Tax advisor Alies Visscher of Countus explains.

A stopper can also place the capital in a savings BV. But Countus will not advise that quickly because the liability will also be different. Imagine that a bill from Countus is not going to be paid.
