Why it suddenly goes wild in wheat

Turbulent times in the grain market by the most recent USDA report. That started a price spurt in the United States on Friday with record prices. Wheat on the stock exchange in Paris opened immediately higher on Monday.

US markets will be closed on Tuesday for the 4th of July.
