Dear Boereke, CUMELA The Netherlands is not making up any extra requirements at all, the government does that. We try to influence those requirements, so that they remain feasible for both manure transporters and manure processors. The latter also seems very important to me to keep the cost price for the supplier of the fertilizer under control.
