Dairy farmer is increasingly vulnerable

Under the influence of the system of phosphate rights, dairy farming has embarked on a new path. Statistics from Statistics Netherlands show that the sector, which is already vulnerable due to a monoculture, is becoming increasingly vulnerable. Cor Pierik, agricultural spokesperson for CBS, talks about new trends in dairy farming and the record in milk production per cow.
