Cut maize yields 33 percent lower due to drought

The yield of silage maize and grain maize has suffered greatly from the drought. The yield drops by 33% or more. Other cereal crops, on the other hand, have performed well. Cor Pierik, agriculture spokesman for CBS, presents the figures.
