It is time again to rotate the sales moments for the coming harvest (2019), through the Potato Bingo. Bingo was introduced to arrive at an average selling price for the chips potatoes on the basis of completely randomly chosen sales moments.
When spinning the balls, a harvest year is divided into 9 portions of 6 weeks each. For each period 1 ball is drawn via the bingo game. This number equals one trading day. The average bingo price can be determined via the closing quotations on the futures market on those trading days.
