If 10-10% of the pigs and cows disappear in the next 12 years because their farmers have no successor, the livestock will never be able to shrink.
The remaining farmers have to grow at least 2-3% per year to be able to absorb the cost increases. In addition to space for the 1 million houses, infrastructure, etc., there will also have to be room for an expansion of the livestock by approximately 20%
