Wheat market even more unpredictable after export deal

After the signing of an export deal between Ukraine and Russia, wheat prices plummeted in Europe and the US. The mood had changed radically the next day after a Russian missile attack on port facilities in Odessa. A 'paper deal' does not mean that the situation is now normalizing.
