The US Department of Agriculture's Wasde report, released Friday (Aug. 11), was fairly bullish in tone, including the smallest wheat stocks since the 2015/16 season. Still, the market reacted lukewarm. Unrest has increased again in the Black Sea region after an incident on Sunday between the Russian navy and a merchant ship.
