Ten years ago, Dutch wheat was almost exclusively fed to pigs and chickens. Now, wheat from more than a hundred growers is used to bake bread and pastries. If it were up to Royal Koopmans, the share of their sustainably grown Dutch wheat would be further increased in the coming years.
